She’s Two Months Old!
September 26th, 2008It’s hard to believe that it’s been two months since Madeline entered our lives. It’s also difficult to believe how much she’s grown and changed over a short period of time. She’s still working to perfect holding her head up and grabbing onto objects (she just recently started grabbing at her clothing and blankets). Now she is starting to work on a giggle and it shouldn’t be long before we hear a true laugh. And we’re looking forward to that – finally someone will think we’re funny!
She’s also gotten very good at smiling and has started to show extreme excitement when Andre’ walks into the house after being gone all day at work. It’s also the only lovely thing about getting up at 3 or 5 am to feed her. She grins from ear to ear when she sees you.
We’re very blessed to share our lives with her. It’s fun to introduce her to things and watch her eyes light up at something new. We’re so thankful that she’s healthy and appears to be very happy!
